Co-hosted with Carroll County Conservation District, Moose Mountain Regional Greenways, and UNH Cooperative Extension.

Join us for us for this walk led by UNH-CE foresters, Wendy Scribner and Lindsay Watkins, at Teneriffe Mountain to learn more about your local woods!

Topics Include: 

- Invasives

- Tree ID

- Insects & Diseases

- Crown Spacing & Tree Health

- Thinning your trees

- Creating opens for new growth

- And more!

Time: 9am-1pm (bring your own lunch and plenty of water!)

Location: Teneriffe Mountain (120 Sam Plummer Rd, Milton, NH 03851)

Other Information: 

- this will be a moderately strenuous hike with some uneven terrain. 

- be sure to bring bug spray and dress appropriately for the weather.
