Showy orange flowers are perfect for attracting and supporting butterflies. The bright orange clusters of flowers bloom in June-August. Similar to common and swamp milkweed but a little branchier; tall main stalks are surrounded by spears of foliage. Grows to 12-30 inches tall. Plant 12 inches apart. Prefers full sun. Sold as a single dormant bare root.
