A beautiful shrub to enhance wetter areas. It has bright red stems, and unique white "berries," (drupes). It grows to a maximum height of about 8 feet. Wildlife utilize the shelter it provides, pollen, berries, and browse on the twigs and bark. Full sun or part shade. Great for streambanks and other moist soils. Sold as a small, dormant, single bare root seedling, about 24-36 inches tall.
